Bonsai‘s unique floating cookery class

Vietnamese cooking classes are fun – but double the fun on board of the cruising dragon boat. Bonsai River cruise and the well-known established Vietnam Cookery Center Saigon offer the rare opportunity to get a look in “how to cook traditional Vietnamese food” while cruising along the Saigon River, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Cruising, cooking and food tasting on board will be the unique morning experience in Saigon for leisure groups, team building activities and individuals.

Embarking “Bonsai I” and kick off for the Cookery class at Bach Dang pier
Morning, afternoon/evening cruise on the River around Saigon and towards
Hands on introductions and preparing of a Vietnamese 3-course set menu
Master of ceremony (English/German) available
(other languages on request with surcharge)
Cookery handbook and personal cookery-diplomas will be handed out after the cruise
Together with the chef, guests will enjoy themselves created 3-course menu

Cookery lesson on board with diploma, cooking manual, food tasting and event-pictures. English or German speaking MC. Fully serviced 2.5 hours cruise on the Saigon River. Complimentary head-neck and shoulder massage.
